What size dogs/ cats can use this seat?

This dog car seat is ideal for small to medium dogs up to 35 lbs. It also works for two small dogs/ cats under 15 lbs each, thanks to the dual tether system. Please measure your pet before buying.

How is this dog booster car seat secured in the car?

Is the cushion washable?
